It was my birthday dinner and my steak was overcooked. I ordered medium well. The waiter and manager did an outstanding job rectifying the situation. Will definitely continue to support your establishment. Thank you

Great experience for special occasion. Had to wait 15~ minutes to be sat even with our reservation.

Nick and the entire staff were so lovely! They made my son’s celebration special and accommodated a few extra people and were so nice. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Heidi provided excellent directions to their parking lot. The atmosphere in the eating area of the restaurant is comfortable. The bar area is unremarkable. The steaks we had were cooked to order, juicy and tender. The creamed spinach and garlic potato’s were delicious, but served lukewarm. Our wine was delivered after we already had our salad. Price for two (including tip) was just over $300. At that price point I consider this a fair to good value.

Arrived before the evening rush. Dishes were well prepared and exceptions were met.

Another great time celebrating a birthday/special event. Service from Shane was perfect, food was good as usual. We celebrated Maria’s bday and she said it was a perfect night. Plus the Dodgers won game 1 on a walk off grand slam and we were having a cocktail in the bar as it happened. Thanks Ruth’s Chris, keep striving to be the best, no shortcuts.

Upon arrival we were greeted and advised to wait until table was finish being setup as we were early. Once sat, we ordered ordered our drinks and waited for the rest of our party. During the wait the servers came and checked in on us made sure we were taken care of. After ordering our food it became a downfall as well had to wait over an hour, almost two for our food to come out. I understand that there was several other parties going on for that day however the wait time was unacceptable by far, and it was my daughter 17th birthday to say the least. When the food final arrived the majority of the party just packed up our food to leave as it was late and the kids had school and we had work early in the morning the next day. Some of the items were comp’d on the bill and we appreciate that, however the wait time definitely was disheartening and made me rethink returning and referring anyone to Ruth’s Chris again.
