    I don’t think they were prepared enough or ready for the Valentines Day rush. Customer service wasn’t good and even the manager working this night who was checking in these wasn’t very pleasant food was good the waited wasn’t and he was slow. This was our Valentines Date Night. Just think things needed to be better especially the amount we paid. Great location just disappointed in service on 2/14. Next year they need to be prepared better or maybe don’t allow so many reservations.

    The food is was good but the service was slow. The restaurant was overcrowded on Valentines Day as expected. They needed more people to handle the volume.

    How does a steak house not cook a NY strip properly twice?? Luckily a manager came over thinking we were finished and was shocked that I was but my husband was still waiting for his steak. She did compensate his meal, but it was a shock.

    It was my first trip to this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The drinks and food were amazing and the customer service was top notch! Definitely can’t wait to eat here again

    To avoid the Valentine’s Day rush, we dined a few days prior and every single thing was extremely wonderful! From the Valet, to the Front greeters, to the Bartender, the cooks, the servers and most importantly, our amazing Server, Joseph! In one word… WOW!
