    We have two private dining rooms that are the perfect place to host any event, from an intimate family gathering to a large company party. The Essex room is for more moderately sized parties, and can easily accommodate groups of up to 25 guests. The Miller room is for more substantially sized parties, and is able to accommodate groups of up to 40 guests. If neither room is sufficiently sized to hold your event on its own, the collapsible wall that separates them can be stowed away, and this extended space will accommodate up to 65 guests.     Really crowded due to the holiday. Staff forgot us after we checked in and didn't seat us until we went an asked what happened. Food was good and service was descent. After traveling all day we were looking forward to this dinner and was overall underwhelmed.

    Always a great meal at Ruth’s Chris. Service was a 10 and food cooked to perfection. For a chain restaurant it’s a pleasure dining there every time.

    The staff at the Short Hills, NJ location is outstanding. They were very polite and professional, even on one of the busiest nights of the year. The management also deserves a lot of credit for running a smooth operation!

    Excellent food ,environment ,service , wait staff very professional. Only check in had difficulty seating us which was a problem during a previous visit. Shrimp was too undercooked , don't care for undercooked seafood. All was Great otherwise.

    I had a wonderful experience as a I went to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day with my wife. Mr. Charles was an excellent waiter that was very attentive and checked in on us at perfect increments. He also went above and beyond in making any necessary accommodations that were needed. The Short Hills location has been the best in New Jersey area. Thank you for once again allowing your have a great evening
