    We really enjoyed the evening at Ruth’s Chris. The noise level was a bit elevated but considering they were trying to accommodate as many people as possible we understood. The food was excellent as always. Definitely will go back.

    We come to Ruth's at least monthly, coming again tonight in face. But unfortunately, Kristen, who has waited on us several times, always has issues. She is VERY SLOW to get orders, respond, etc., this was such an issue this time that the manager came over, gave us some free appetizers which was so nice, and kept keeping an eye on things. My elderly mother ordered a baked potato, then Kristen informed they were out after about an hour of wait. But they still brought mashed potatoes wherein I asked how can they do mashed potatoes if they are out of potatoes? The manager brought my mom a baked potato. Kristen has waited on us three times lately, two birthdays, one anniversary, all of these meals had poor service, and very slow to arrive, wherein we come often enough we know the good waiters. We do not wish to hurt anyone, we do not wish to complain, but we do want to come again, just do not want to be seated in Kristen's section please!!! The manager really saved the day for us on this birthday celebration February 7th, because it was not going well. Please thank him!
