Lovely venue with good food. A couple of issues: Asked for a bottle of Rose and advised that we would have to wait 10 or 15 mins to get it. Not the best when your table is only available for a limited time. Ordered a coffee to be told coffee machine was off ?? A coffee was provided after a short time from downstairs bar.

Sunday afternoon cocktails, beautiful setting, staff were really friendly, cocktails delicious and a starter of sourdough bread and lots of homemade humous. Will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect from stewards at front door on our way in to the stewards when we where leaving. We had food upstairs and finished our night downstairs in the cocktail bar. Such a fantastic place. One thing I would say is upstairs for food we found the tables a little close together.. But service was brilliant. We will be back.

Not a great experience, very noisy to the point you could not hear the staff when they spoke. The service was poor lt seemed the staff had no training The menu is not what we had expected and although it was ok it’s not a dinner menu, the parties to both sides of us sent food back, we opted for cheese board to about any issues The decor was pretty for Christmas, very small and no views Rest rooms - one toilet for all, as there was a queue my husband took lift to basement and came out at reception. The staff had to confirm his reservation, name and details before letting him back through So all in all not the experience I had expected
