Sage’s Mijenta Tequila Dinner pairs the groundbreaking Mijenta Tequila, including the revolutionary Maestra Selection No. 1, with a 5-course menu designed by Executive Chef Christopher Covelli and Co-Executive Chef Vinnie Savadel. Meet Ana María Romero Mena, Mijenta’s Master Distiller and the most widely recognized maestra tequilera in the world. Learn how she’s redefining tequila production with innovation, sustainability, and bold flavors. Each dish is expertly paired also with unique cocktail creations crafted by Sage’s Bar Manager, Cliseria Padilla-Flores. Drawing inspiration from indigenous Mexican flavors and ingredients. Limited tickets available for 7pm Thursday, December 5th, 2024.

Service, service, service. Wow, they know how to treat people at Sage. It was my wife’s birthday dinner and they treated her amazing. Pre dinner cocktails at the bar were fabulous and the bartender was awesome. Our dinner service was best I have had in the area. Food was spectacular. We will be back very soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Food was mediocre for the price. Bouabaise had no broth. Roasted broccoli was cold. Cocktails were good.

Sage has become consistently the best upscale restaurant in Sarasota. From the overall ambience to the knowledgeable waitstaff to the extremely interesting menu and finally the food itself, Sage delivers above and beyond the competition. Yes, it is at the high end of price points but the food is positively delicious and excellently presented.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this restaurant last evening. We were there to celebrate 3 birthdays and were looking forward to a great ever. We arrived early to enjoy a drink on the roof top bar area only to be told that there was a private party and it was closed to the public until 7. We decided to have dinner early and then visit the rooftop bar after dinner. We ordered drinks and then proceeded to order our meal. Some of us ordered appetizers only and some ordered 2 appetizers but our waiter was visibly unhappy with the amount of food we ordered and made it known. We spoke to the manager and asked for a different waiter and luckily Brandon was very kind and patient and did not judge our food selection. After dinner and when we were told that the rooftop bar was finally opened we went up for a drink. After getting our drinks we sat around the fire pit for about 20 minutes and then the bartender told us the bar was closing. I was very disappointed with the way we were treated and felt very undervalued by the staff. I will not be visiting this establishment here ever again

A beautiful setting, attentive service from Cassie (and the entire team) and outstanding food. So, that's a first-class experience. The Thai bouillabaisse was amazing as was the sea bass. Desserts -- exquisite!

My girlfriend and I are foodie’s and go to a lot of restaurants. We both can say that this is a top 3 experience and can't wait to go back!

We had a fabulous dinner. The service was great and professional. All the appetizers, entrees and desserts we ordered were outstanding. Definitely going back again.

We went to Sage after a play at FST. Sage is beautiful inside!! Our server, Katie, was awesome!! She went over the menu, and that was very helpful. My husband and I split the poached pear salad-and it was perfect. I had the sea bass that was light and flavorful, on a bed of cannellini beans. I ate every last bite. My husband had the pork chop and ate every bite. No dessert as we were quite satisfied. We will be back!!
