I got Buffalo wings and fries starter. It was very very delicious 😋, especially the fries. Then i orderd streak it was so expensive and only came with Brussel sprouts. When i asked for another side they told me i could do 1 or the other. The steak was not tasty at all. I spent over $140 and didnt enjoy my meal at all. If i ever go back ill be sure to stick to starters or maybe try some pizza, this place needs to up their food game. Not happy.

Their pizza oven was broken so we weren't able to order what we wanted. And we weren't told this until we were seated and being asked for our drink order. The service was polite and speedy but they seemed to be short staffed so almost felt rushed. Our reservation was ready on time but there was no point in indicating the occasion through the app, the didn't give any indication they were aware of it. It was very loud and the music was even louder so it was difficult to have a conversation. The food was cooked fine but was not the level of quality we expected especially for the price. There was nothing particularly good about the flavour. The portions of what was on the plate were not balanced. For what we expected to be a high end restaurant, it ended up feeling like an expensive version of an everyday type restaurant.

The service was good, the server was polite and professional and the manager was courteous. However, the main dish was horrible, salty, oily, smelly and not fresh. While the manager did give us a discount it does not solve the issue, the food was poorly prepared. While this place was my favorite for having fish and chips, I am not recommending the food to anybody. I think I will stop going to this restaurant.

This restaurant is beautiful. The location, the ambience, the decor- all excellent. Service is solid. There is definitely room for improvement with the menu. We dined with a group of 8. Most were relatively pleased with their meals, but there are limited choices. The steak was good. Medium rare was cooked just right. The gap here is that it comes with some steak butter and is presented on a bed of brussel sprouts. That's it. Steak and 30ish brussel sprouts? Jalapeno cornbread is phenomenal. Overall - loads of potential here. Menu needs a refresh.

Overall food was good ( tacos and Cheeseburger). When we entered the restaurant at first we were told they didn’t accept walk-ins, even though I could see they had tables available but still they couldn’t accommodate us without a reservation, so we used the app to book a table for like 15 mins later. That first impression was not that good for us, but once we got seated everything went smoothly. The kids menu is just ok, we ordered chicken fingers.

We've been in the process of training a brand new Hosting team, so feedback like this is valuable to aid us in pin pointing additional training needs. While I am not sure what happened in this exact situation, sometimes we do hold the door for Walk In tables if we are busy, the kitchen needs time to catch up with an influx of orders, or any other number of reasons that might require us to prioritize those booked through the reservation system.
