Located in a contemporary space of coastal design Salt at Geist has a focus on fresh. A locally owned scratch kitchen and bar specializing in wild and sustainable seafood, sushi, steaks, hand crafted cocktails along with an extensive wine list, Salt at Geist prides itself on creating unique dining experiences. The restaurant has quickly become a hot spot for casual after work cocktails, late night cocktails on the patio, social plate sharing, business dinners, special occasions, private dining and rehearsal dinners. Always a wonderful meal and high quality food. Had nice quiet evening outdoor dining- amazing sushi and love the roasted beet salad.

I had the special for the day, which was absolutely delicious. The dish was a red snapper filet served over a bed of lobster risotto with a lemon butter sauce, and topped with grilled scallops. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

Great seafood menu, miss the bean salad with the Halibut. Main courses were a little on the cold side.

We always enjoy Salt! The food is always exceptional! Our server, Melina, was awesome, so friendly and helpful. We have been here many, many times and have never had a bad experience. The Lobster Bisque and Skillet Bread are a must starter!

The Sushi was outstanding. The wine recommendation was excellent. The oysters Rockefeller were very disappointing - Not cooked enough, the cheese was hardly melted and there was too much of it. The cheese should have a crispy finish but it was more like melted mozzarella. The fish special was very good and the lobster risotto under it was perfect!!!! Service was very good

The food and the service were outstanding. Our server was awesome answering questions about the menu, the specials, etc. He couldn't have been better. I had the special Halibut and my husband had the Miso Cod. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. Great service, great food - we will be back soon!

We've gone to Salt on Mass Avenue, but this was our first time visiting the Salt in Geist, and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, the service was engaging and the prices were reasonable. What a great way to spend our Father's Day!

We absolutely love salt on mass and we’re hoping to have a similar experience at the new location. This was a subpar experience compared to the original location. Service was not the same. Food was not at the same standard. Paid 30 dollars for lobster mac and cheese that had two small pieces of lobster. Ran out of poke on Father’s Day but seemed to have all the ingredients to make it. Will be making the drive to mass Ave the next time we want to go to salt.
