   Wonderful evening out. A bit pricey but everything is nowadays. Service was excellent. Steaks cooked exactly as ordered.

   Just data - 13 minutes after being seated to get our drink order. In a side room with people at 7 tables and 4 tables had their food and there were 2 waitresses for the area. Appetizer never arrived. 25 minutes to get our food. Waitress didn’t check back until we were done and we needed drinks - she asked when we were done if we needed more drinks. 2nd time in a month with substandard service but food was very good.

   This is a mixed review. The worst part of the evening was waiting to get seated. We had a reservation for 630 pm. We didn't get seated until about 715 pm. It was very frustrating and there were multiple people ahead of us who were complaining about the wait as well, asking to talk to the manager. The thing that everyone was most upset about was that parties of 5 or 6 were only able to sit at certain tables while many open tables next to each other were left open for smaller parties. This is the only restaurant we've been to that didn't push tables together to try to seat people who were waiting before people who just came in. Also, apparently the bar area was open seating but none of the 4 hostesses told the people waiting about that. The food and service after we got seated was very good. Our waiter was great. The food was cooked right with rather large portions.

   Food cold and late. Definitely not a top restaurant. Horrible value for price. Won't be back

   We made a reservation expecting a nice dining experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. Upon arrival, we were seated at a six-top table with another couple—something that was never mentioned when booking. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The service was just as disappointing. I had to request my drink three times before it finally arrived, and when my steak was served, it was cold. The butter on top didn’t even melt, which says everything about the temperature of the food. Overall, this was not the quality or experience I expected from Saltgrass. Between the seating arrangement, slow service, and poorly prepared food, I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon.

   I am someone who loves his steak rare. Most places wont cook it exactly the way i want it. But they did. It was perfect. Usally when it is rare it comes out chewy. This was not. The seasoning was perfect. The only thing i would ask for is more vegetables with the serving. Our waitress Kaylee was great. This was our first time here. But it wont be our last. 5 stars.

   Ribeye was medium well when ordered medium rare and lukewarm, like it had been sitting there for a while before served
