    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express my disappointment regarding our dining experience at Saltgrass in Plano, TX on Thanksgiving Day. We made reservations well in advance, looking forward to a traditional turkey meal. Upon arriving at 2:30 PM, we were seated promptly and placed our order, only to be informed by the kitchen manager that you had run out of turkey meals. To add to our frustration, we were told we could not order from the lunch/early dining menu either. Reluctantly, we settled for our regular choices—steak and pork chop—neither of which matched our expectations for Thanksgiving. To make matters worse, when we attempted to end the meal with pumpkin cheesecake, we were told that was unavailable as well. It seems these shortages occurred long before closing hours, which makes the experience even harder to accept. Our bill totaled $115 for a meal we didn’t want, without any offer of compensation or alternatives to make up for the situation. Thankfully, our server Rachael was delightful and empathetic, though she too seemed baffled by the unavailability of such key menu items on Thanksgiving Day. This experience fell far short of the standards we’ve come to expect from Saltgrass, and I hope steps can be taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter.

    Double bone pork was really good, very tender not dry. Big baked potato with plenty of toppings. Everyone else enjoyed their various stakes. Salads were huge compared to most places, could have done with more ranch. Nice beer and wine selection. Everyone was pitching in and helping with beer and food delivery and made sure we had everything we needed. This was an impromptu birthday dinner and went very well.

    I ordered the center cut filet (medium) and while it had flavor, it was not very tender. It was kind of chewy actually.

    Food was great, waitress was great, time to wait was perfect. We had time to visit, but the food came at a nice pace. Wonderful experience, overall.

    Food and service were amazing. Only downfall was their rewards program. They advertised it as receiving a $25 credit when you sign up, but it's not. They add $25 to your bill that night then supposedly it's credited on your next visit. I didn't like that so we didn't do it. But Britany was very attentive and brought us things before we asked. Would definitely return.

    Emma did a great job serving us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The manager made sure we were seated correctly and check on our table. We appreciate the awesome customer service.

    Lovely to see that they have a gluten sensitive menu and that I had been offered for the first time gluten free bread for before my meal. Overall great service.
