   Great setting, great service. With a Michelin plaque on the wall for an Italian/Pasta restaurant the pasta needs to be perfection. And while the flavors were there the pasta was overdone to the point of being gooey. Really disappointing on that basic level.

   We were amazed by how fresh, robust, and flavorful the pastas were. The ambiance and customer service were great as well. Highly recommend!

   Best pasta I’ve had. Overall everything was amazing, service, food, wine. No complaints. Will definitely come back when I return to CDMX.

   The food was very good, not the best as some reviewers had implied. The waiter who took care of us was excellent. However, the poor rating I’m giving to the restaurant is due to the fact that I made a reservation for my wife’s birthday and called in advance to notify them that I would be bringing a small pet. The person who answered assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and said we would be seated on the terrace, which sounded fine. When we arrived, they told us the only table available for us was on the street, even though there were tables available on the terrace. This was not what I had been told when I called. I specifically mentioned that we would be seated on the terrace. They claimed the terrace tables were for three people, leaving us with no choice but to sit on the street. We didn’t want to sit there because it exposed us to potential theft, people begging, or street vendors. However, we decided to stay since we couldn’t cancel. To our surprise, 20 minutes later, they seated a couple with a dog on the terrace. The manager handled the situation very poorly. When it was time to pay, I told him how badly we were treated and how he had ruined the moment for my wife’s birthday. He didn’t care, which is why I am leaving this review. While the food is good, I will not return. The manager showed no sense of service or consideration for customers who take the time to reserve and call in advance to confirm arrangements, like bringing a small Chihuahua
