We opened an authentic Japanese restaurant in 1982 and called it Sasaki. Our promise was “To serve the best Japanese food, give the best service, and offer the best value.”

Sushi - Traditional Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice, usually with some sugar and salt, accompanied by various ingredients, such as seafood, often raw, and vegetables.

Sashimi - Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy consisting of fresh raw fish or meat sliced into thin pieces and often eaten with soy sauce.

Omakase - Omakase (Japanese: お任せ, Hepburn: o-makase) is a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you’ (from Japanese ‘to entrust’ (任せる, makaseru)).

    I had an amazing experience at Sasaki and would definitely go back. The new sushi chef's omakase was outstanding and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend this place for delicious Japanese cuisine.

    This restaurant has been around a long time, and it’s always delicious! The assorted sushi platters are so pretty and so tasty.

    I had a great experience at Sasaki. The food was excellent, especially the sushi. It was delicious and I can’t wait to see what else they have on the menu. I highly recommend this place and to order the sushi! They just hired another new sushi chef and he is very talented! He said he joined the restaurant yesterday. People should definitely try his sushi. Next time I want to try his Omakase.

    Don’t go to this Omakase experience. It is the first omakase fraud I have ever experienced. Really boutique looking of the exterior with one missing letter of their name and the smell at the entrance made me think their food must be to good. Then, I don’t even want to waste my time to judge the food. Skip this Omakase and you will thank me.

    The two waitress were loud, and kept interrupting conversations, very annoying.

    We, two families with a son and a daughter, enjoyed authentic Japanese foods, sushi, sashimi, and other appetizers. The price is reasonable compared to others, considering the quality of the food. Master chef Toda cooked excellent sushi and sashimi we never experienced before. The restaurant entrance looked old and humble, but there were genuinely tasteful Japanese foods. It seems like a hidden treasure island to me! We will come back again.
