Celebrated chef Sash Simpson brings his signature and distinctive blend of globally inspired, locally sourced ingredients to his eponymous "Sash Restaurant and Wine Bar", in the heart of the trendy Summerhill neighborhood. We had the most wonderful evening with 5 of our friends. Some discovered Sash, some rediscovered it, all were delighted! The food, the service, the cocktails, the vibe, the entire experience is enchanting! Thank you to the team for such a great time 🙏

Watched the Doc ‘Born Hungry’ Poignant Brought me in. Wonderful interior filled with sunshine. Flavour filled scallops and pea shoots risotto. And who doesn’t love Lemon and Pistachios ..well! That was dessert!

Excellent food, great service, and fantastic ambience. First time there and it exceeded our expectations. We will be back with friends. Got to meet Sash too! Great guy.

Beautiful restaurant and great to see the kitchen in action. Food was fantastic but our waiter was a snooty and made us feel like we didn’t belong; even though we live around the corner.

Excellent as always but one of my favourite lunch items is their fish and chips and for the first time the fish skin was baked too hard although the fish under was acceptable

My friend and I both had a selection of 6 oysters each. So incredibly tasty and fresh! I had the very delicious steak tartare and it was seasoned and chopped to perfection. My friend enjoyed the lobster salad. Also delicious. Service was impeccable. As always!! There was street parking on Birch or a green p a little further south off of Yonge. This restaurant is a must.
