At Savvy, our mission is to provide our patrons with a hybrid of savory Caribbean Cuisine and an enthralling ambience. Located in Crown Heights where there is a diverse array of cultures and ongoing gentrification, Savvy intends to augment the area’s culinary interest with authentic Caribbean fusion cuisines- flavorful, vibrant, colorful, textured, and healthy- in an urbane and family-friendly atmosphere.

The food was amazing. We had calamari as an appetizer and i had the Cajun surf and turf…it tasted amazing

Julian was a great server. I don't eat beef or pork and the brunch menu is limited but the french toast and the mimosa was good. I may go back for the dinner menu as it appears to be a little more variety in the menu.

Stepping into the vibrant world of Savvy Bistro was like entering a carnival of tastes and sounds! The rhythmic beats of DJ filled the air, instantly transporting me to the heart of the Caribbean. Our waitress welcomed us with a sunny smile and guided us through the menu with expert knowledge. Her enthusiasm for the dishes, especially recommending the sweet chili salmon, made our choice easy. When the food arrived, it was a burst of flavors—succulent salmon glazed with sweet chili sauce, perfectly grilled and accompanied by a medley of island-inspired sides. Each bite was a harmony of sweet and spicy, leaving us craving more. The appetizer of the wings were also incredible and I totally recommend it. Savvy Bistro isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience where the music, the food, and the hospitality blend seamlessly to create unforgettable moments.

Had a good time here. Our server was nice but they seemed to only have one server which made getting what we asked for slower. They had a live DJ which was nice but it wasn’t too loud and We sat by the DJ booth. The waffles weren’t good at all. A red velvet waffles that tasted like water and strawberries but that bone in fried chicken was delicious so that make up for it. The RUM PUNCH WAS MY FAVORITE DRINK, tasty and strong.

I went with my cousin for brunch, the food was so filling and the drinks were good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good vibe with great ambiance ✨
