   Como siempre ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. El personal es increíble. Iría cada vez que pudiera. Excelente servicio y la comida fresca y deliciosa. Todo, sabroso. 100% Recomendado.

   ¡Magnífico! El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Cada personal conoce perfectamente cada plato y respetando los gustos de cada cual, sugieren los mejores platos para cada gusto al paladar. Ofrecen platos italianos y franceses. Todo el sabor y colorido en un solo lugar. Volvería cada vez que pudiera. Cuando reservas tienen todo a tiempo para tu llegada. Te hacen sentir muy cómodo con el menú, que además de variado está lleno de fusiones difícil de explicar y frescos sabores. Ofrecen bebidas sin alcohol para quienes no quieren añadirlo. Hay varios menús para elegir. El del buffet es traído por platos poco a poco según se acabe cada uno. Además te ofrece la oportunidad de gustar pequeños platos. Debe dejarle saber a la persona que le va atender que quiere tratar diferentes cosas, pero además si uno de los platos fue su preferido, ellos con gusto le traerán un plato con más comida. Excelente y acogedora atmósfera Fácil de llegar. Recomiendo para aquellos amadores del Sushi. ¡Lo amé!

   We have been loyal customers of Sea San Sushi Bar for over a year. We’ve often brought friends and family and frequently recommended the restaurant for its previously pleasant experience. However, we now feel the need to share our deep disappointment after recent visits. On March 10th, 2025, after dining at the restaurant, I felt very sick. Still, we decided to give it another chance, hoping it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, our visit on May 6th, 2025 confirmed that both the quality and the customer service have dropped drastically. At the beginning of our dinner, we noticed that the salmon carpaccio was not fresh—it had a slimy texture and a different appearance than usual. We informed the waiter and returned the dish. Then we ordered the dyo with Brie cheese — a dish we’ve had before and know well — and the cheese was curdled, with a sour, bitter taste. My husband tasted it and found it off, our son couldn’t eat it, and I had the same reaction. We called the waiter again, and shortly after, a man — who we believe is the owner — came to our table with a plate in his hand and insisted that it wasn’t possible for both dishes to be spoiled. Instead of addressing our concerns with respect, he argued that it was a matter of personal taste, completely disregarding our history as regular clients and the fact that we know the standard of the restaurant well. When I suggested he try the dyo himself, he chose to lecture us about quality control instead of showing any empathy or concern. Given the situation, we decided to end our dinner and paid the full bill of $140 (three all-you-can-eat meals and one soda) — a high price for such a disappointing experience. It’s truly unfortunate that a restaurant we used to appreciate so much treated loyal customers with such disregard. Our affection for Sea San has turned into disappointment. Sadly, we do not plan to return, and we share this review so others know what to expect.
