The tasting menu brings the talents of Chef Anthony Rush and his team into focus: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing technique and composition. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly presented, and culminating as a beautiful and carefully considered gastronomic experience. The Tasting Menu is available Fridays and Saturdays with one seating at 6:30pm.
