Sette significa "siete" en italiano, el número tradicional de la suerte. El diseño del restaurante es cómodo, con un tono tradicional italiano y una atmósfera única. Recomiendo mucho el restaurante, el lugar es pequeño, muy concurrido porque la comida es deliciosa. El lugar es bonito, no elegante pero bonito

Restaurant was at least 80 Degrees inside. We were put in the back next to the bar. Took at least three asks to find out who our server was and it ended up being someone who Walked past our table no less than five times before finally stopping. I get being busy or having several tables but a quick “hey I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. We saw the water person more than anyone on staff. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. Food was decent.

We’re down in Washington DC visiting for a few days and this is one of the restaurants that I chose for dinner. It was only about a half a mile walk from our Airbnb and the weather is very warm down here so it was a nice night for a walk. As soon as we walked into the restaurant it was very warm in there, They really should’ve had the a/c on. We were offered to eat outside in the tent, but we decided to stay inside anyway. The space was very busy and it can get loud. We both started out with a glass of wine, which both were good. For appetizers, we shared the focaccia bread basket and arancini. When the focaccia came out, it really just looked like baked pizza dough. It was very thin. It was seasoned with garlic and spices, it did have good flavor overall. The Arancini with red sauce was good. I had the cavatelli with broccoli rabe and crumbled sausage and I thought it was very good. My partner had rigatoni with salmon and a vodka sauce, and he thought it was very bland and not enough tomato flavor but it did have quite a bit of salmon in there. Not sure if we’ll be back in the area anytime soon, but I would be willing to try it again if we were down in DC for a couple days.

One of my favorite restaurants in DC. Consistently great meals and drinks and service is always exceptional. Favorite is their rigatoni with spicy vodka sauce (add meatballs)!

Cocktails came without typical garnish - no lemon or orange peel in the "martini with a twist" or the Negroni. Otherwise, attentive service and decent food.

My friend and I had dinner her for her birthday (I had it booked) our meal was excellent & as a surprise request they brought my friend a dessert with candle , service was excellent!would go back!

The food and service were outstanding--all in my party raved about their meal. The only drawback was the noise level. I realize it was a weekend and people were really enjoying themselves, but we had to almost shout to hear each other. It will be nice when the nice weather comes and we can enjoy the outdoor seating as well as a quieter setting.

From the moment my roommate and I sat down at this restaurant we felt unwanted and rushed. The waitress who served us never introduced herself and rushed us to order with food arriving five minutes later with none of the appetizers or drinks we ordered until we asked for them a second time 10 minutes after we had originally gotten our food. The portion sizes were ridiculously small and after eating an entree and a shared appetizer, both me and my roommate had to go out and grab an extra bite to eat after splurging on a $70 meal. Plates were rudely yanked out of our faces as soon as we finished taking the last bite and all in all it felt like Sette Osteria cared little for my business. I sat down at my table at 8:20 and was out the door by 9:00 and the entire experience felt similar to that of eating at a fast food chain. I came to spend a weekend in DC to celebrate and Osteria was my one nice sit down meal of the weekend, I would not return under any circumstances and would recommend you avoid if you are looking for a nice, fulfilling, or relaxing meal.
