   Service was nice and friendly. The items on the menu are varied and reasonably priced for Snowbird. We ordered a burger and fries chicken. The burger was average, but with a generous salad ( potatoes are also aside). Unfortunately, the fried chicken seemed overcooked. The atmosphere is very nice.

   We booked a number of restaurants at Snowbird before our trip since it’s spring break. This one was disappointing. Service and our waiter were both fine. Acoustics in the restaurant were terrible. Very hard to hear what other people at my table were saying. There were numerous tables with small children screaming in the restaurant, and running around. Maybe because there is a game room there? Was almost unbearable. The food was not great. I had the spare ribs which were ok, however nothing on my plate was hot. My wife and daughter both had salads with chicken. Basically spring mix and a frozen battered chicken breast that was dropped in the fryer. Will probably skip this one next year.

   Our server, Brook was sweet, attentive and friendly. Food was very good and prices weren’t bad considering it’s a resort restaurant.

   I made a reservation and it took them 20 minutes to put waters out before we could be seated… and about an hour to get our food despite ordering it right away. Other big groups received their food before we got ours.

   Cheese lasagna was dry and overcooked. Bisque soup was very thick, not like a soup

   Great casual eatery in the lodge. Very convenient for an evening meal after a long day on the ski slopes.

    We had a very disappointing experience at Seventy-One. It took quite a while for anyone to come to our table (for which our server apologized). I ordered a cocktail, which did not come for many minutes, while our server was busy opening and pouring two bottles of wine for a nearby table. When the cocktail came, it was almost undrinkable (too sour). We ordered onion soup for a starter; it did not come for a very long time, finally arriving just before our entrees. My main, short ribs, was ok, but the accompanying mashed potato’s were cold. My wife’s entree, lobster pot pie, was uninspired and tasted as though too much lemon had been added. Our server did offer us complementary gelato to compensate for the cocktail; they were delicious. The restaurant is pricey (typical for a resort location), but definitely not worth the money. There are better options at Snowbird.
