Since opening in 1971, Snowbird has offered guests an escape from the hustle and bustle of life amid its year-round paradise of powdery winters and vibrant summers. SeventyOne pays homage to it all, featuring American grill favorites, an open kitchen and a 1970s vibe, just steps from the mountain.

The SeventyOne Lounge* offers quick après-ski bites and drinks with a retro-cool ambiance, making it a perfect spot to recap the day with friends.

Reservations are recommended for dinner at SeventyOne. Seating in the SeventyOne Lounge* is first-come, first-served and for those 21+ only.

    Our server was great. Would not recommend the prime rib. Way too undercooked and cold in the center

    Amazing food. Great service. The kitchen rocks! Food variety is great for groups. Cozy place especially if you’re staying at the Cliff.

    The children’s menu has been changed, it has fewer options for children who are vegan. Last year there was noodles and red sauce or butter. Both children were extremely unhappy with meals, upset, complaining, and didn’t eat! This makes the dining experience very difficult for the 4 adults involved. Since we come every year due to our time share, please add back the noodles for next season when come! There also was cross contamination on the gluten-free pizza (for a celiac person) which caused severe sickness 2 hours after dining. This can be prevented by having an aluminum tray or foil as the pizza is put into the oven!

    SERVERS…. USE A TRAY! The servers struggle awkwardly bringing drinks (and food) to the table) there is no organization. 1 week of proper training and this place could be good. Reach out to me I would do the training for you.

    Quality of food was better than expected! Dined there two nights in a row. Salmon was exceptional as well as the kang pao Cauli

    Our server was great. She was attentive, and as quick as kitchen and bar allowed her to be. Good recommendations on food and drink. The food was good, and the menu had lots of options.
