We had a wonderful lunch at Seville. The pull-apart bread and jamon croquette starters were delicious and fun to share over fun cocktails. Our entrees salads were fresh and had great flavor. We liked the ambiance of the 16th floor and the colorful decor. I would definitely come again!

Underwhelming. We were entertaining an American client - who selected the restaurant - but I just found it lacking. May have been quiet because it was a Tuesday night, and election night. Food was ok, but nothing ‘wow’. Waiter incredibly enthusiastic- the distinct opposite experience from how we were greeted. Just disappointing really. A shame.

We got here around 2 o clock and although there weren’t many people, the service was still excellent. The food was fantastic (highly recommend the pull apart bread and bolognese). Everything we had was absolutely delicious

Every bit of food and drinks were fantastic. The service was quick and superb. The view is stunning. The staff are excellent. A must visit.

Views were great, drinks were great, and I wanted to enjoy the food, but gnats were everywhere, so we didn’t get to eat much of anything for what we ordered. It was a bummer, especially because they only offered free drinks if gnats got in. Had we known, we would have sat inside where the gnats weren’t so plentiful.

We arrived from Denver on Amtrak and after about 18 hours on the train we were dreading going out for dinner. But in our Hilton Hotel there was the restaurant, Seville. What a treat eating outside on the 16th floor overlooking the hustle and bustle of Chicago and Willis Tower at sunset. I had a great cocktail and my spouse had wine. Our waiter had a great personality always available but never hovering. The menu was perfect- different but not weird. We shared short ribs bolognese and a salad. Just outstanding. I hate saying how great Seville is because the next time I go it will be jammed with people and I won’t get in. (Kidding). If your in the Loop it’s the place.
