The delicate, aromatic flavors of Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia take center stage at this stunning rooftop retreat. Guests may choose to dine in the comfort of the main dining room or on the expansive terrace where they can take in the sweeping views of Lyford Cay Marina and the crystal blue waters beyond.     Always a great experience. The food is fresh and flavorful. The waiters are attentive. If you’re lucky to have Stanford, you’re in for a treat!

    Great food, great service and the wait time wasn't long although it was a busy Friday night for Valentine's Day. Highly recommended.

    The overall environment was outstanding with service and the dishes were delicious. For a bill with 2 drinks and 4 food items my total came up to $150 on Valentine's Day. There is indoor and outdoor dining and they provide shawls incase you get cold. The setting is small and intimate as tables are very close together, which may be important to keep in mind as it pertains to noise level. I could hear my neighbors conversations and vice versa.

    The menu needs a face lift. I had shrimp pad Thai. It was just ok. Mimosas were good. I went for brunch and I think good music should be played at brunch. I don’t want to hear forks and knives against plates. It’s brunch. It should be a good time. Boring food, boring atmosphere. Great view.

    It wasn’t as good as we remembered. We always say that Shima is always exactly the same each time, but since we hadn’t been for many months, it was a bit off mark. Overall not bad, just not what we’re used to from them.

    The food was amazing - innovative Asian. Our waiter was pleasant, efficient and cheerful. It was a nice warm evening and, even though we had booked an inside table, they were very accommodating and gave us a nice table outside. I highly recommend this restaurant.
