El Public Kitchen & Bar es obra del Domaine Restaurant's del chef Tim Goodell, está situado en el histórico Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel y ofrece un menú de comida estadounidense ecléctica. El salón comedor del hotel, que reinterpreta el viejo estilo de Hollywood, es un espacio impresionante que recuerda a una casa elegante y acogedora. El diseño de planta abierta crea un espacio amplio y luminoso en el que destacan las mesas de nogal negro, las sillas típicas de las bibliotecas de los años sesenta y los asientos largos tapizados.                                                             The food was delicious. I had the beef bourguignon and the sauce was top tier. I ate there at lunchtime with a friend and was told that they couldn't split the check. Not sure if that's a thing in restaurants anymore.

Our waitress did not seem like she wanted to be there but went through the motions. We enjoyed our time here and will be back!
