This unique experience allows guests to enjoy a variety of chef’s top seasonal cuisines in artful presentation. This experience is available to party sizes of two or four. All guests are served the same menu driven from the current yields of our local purveyors (allergies can be accommodated with advance notice). Requested times are subject to adjustments. Add-ons such as wine pairings, bourbon tasting or cocktail pairings are available to enhance your experience. PLEASE NOTE: We kindly advise against modifications to Chef's Tasting menu selections. Each item is a composed dish that Chef has created. If you are not open to fully experiencing Chef's creative selections; we strongly suggest you order from our regular daily menus.

We had an amazing evening at Silas. Their bourbon is top notch and the waiter was very knowledgeable! We will be going back as this is our favorite restaurant!

Been here now six times. Stopped in for lunch the first time and am hooked. For the quality of food, flavor, ambiance and service, Silas delivers. Think Antone Ego’s review from Ratatouille. Anyone within an hours drive of Silas should spoil themselves and indulge in a culinary experience that leaves one hungry for more.

As always, the seasonal menu updaes where wonderful. Our appetizer and entrees were exceptional. We also gave the Chicago Dog a try, which was a little underwhelming. It's the only reason I couldn't give the meal 5 stars across the board. Another wonderful meal and we'll be back for certain.

EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious. Be sure to get the tempura mushrooms. Every server we have had has been top notch

The food was delicious, but they are closed at certain times. Our reservation was at 5:15 pm we got there at 5 and we had to wait due to change of shift… There was a wedding that our table was close by and the reception was vibrating through the wall fortunately we were about to leave anyway…

Did the taste testing. Food was great, would have liked just a little bigger portion for the price, and possibly for the items to come out a little quicker since it ended up being a 2 hour experience, however, the food was excellent!

Dear Angela, Thank you for visiting and providing your feedback. Our tasting experience does provide smaller portions due to the number of courses. We never want our guests to leave uncomfortable. However, we occasionally have guests that will order additional sides or starters with the tasting, which might have been my recommendation. We also try and balance our speed of service with the guest's desire. We always encourage our guests to let their server know if the pace is too fast or too slow.
