Often referred to as “the wine lover's restaurant,” Sixty Vines delivers simple, yet flavorful cuisine paired perfectly with 60 wines on its sustainable tap system. Every plate and pour is designed to inspire adventure and discovery of wine culture reimagined. Guests are encouraged to experience abundance over shared plates, enjoy wine “pinkies down” and to visit for brunch, lunch and dinner. Signature menu items include charcuterie boards, seasonal proteins, wood fired pizzas and innovative pasta dishes all inspired by ingredients found in wine country.

We waited an additional 45 minutes after our reservation time. One of our dishes came out cold. It seemed as though the kitchen and bar were backed up. Reservations should not be available on OpenTable if the tables are not available.

Really great, took us ~25 minutes after our reservation time to get seated. Other than that, it’s great, service was great, food was great, my wife is gluten free and there was a great diversity of options. They let you taste any wine on the list for free which is nice. It was super loud in the main dining, but it’s good for large groups. Look forward to trying lunch or brunch!

All bathrooms were closed due to bathroom flooding. Food was ok but enjoyed appetizers more than entrees. Very loud environment with no sound proofing at all. Back room is all brick walls so very loud. Tables are way to close to each other so even exiting the resturant was difficult. Brought a rotorouter through the dining room...I get they had to address the problem but does not help with appetite for food.

New hot spot in the Domain. The draw might ostensibly be the wines (60 on tap) but the winner was the food. Apps were all solid - not super creative, but very well executed. the Mains were all winners. Apps were charcuterie and cheese boards, with nice variety of selections to custom build. Bacon wrapped dates and the beef rilletes were excellent. We had a group of beef eaters, so I can share that the filet, the strip the burger and the 4 orders of the Bavette were all prepared correctly to temp. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and tenderness of the bavette - medium rare and melt in your mouth - kind of atypical for this cut, which usually is more of a workout. Desserts were not the highlight, but maybe we were already overfed. Service at the table was great, but we did have to wait nearly 30 minutes past our res for our table. A groupd of holiday revelers just wouldn't get up, so eventually the staff set up an 8 top for us in a private party space, which was a win all around. I will be back

Food and drinks were excellent. Our reservation was for 7:15 and they could not seat us until 7:45 which is the only reason they got a 4/5. Ambience and wait staff were excellent. Loved the flight of wine and the desserts were fantastic. Had delicious charcuterie boards and was altogether great.

If you’re looking to try a specific food, you’ll want to call ahead to make sure they have it. There were EIGHT menu items that they were out of stock of since lunch. For those dining in for dinner, a higher level of transparency would have been appreciated given the limited selections that are carried to begin with. Instead, we continually made other decisions, just to be told said item was also out of stock. Appetizers also came out before drinks which was not ideal. Our waitress did the best she could though and did a great job given what she had to work with. Not sure we will be back as the hype far exceeded the experience.

Wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and engaging. Five star service for sure. Menu was diverse enough to appeal to larger parties and atmosphere is nice. Definitely recommend
