                                                              Waiting 3 1/2 years for the hotel and the Sky Room to re-open, I had high expectations and was a bit concerned that I would be disappointed. Holy smokes was I blown away. The food, the level of professionalism and service, the VIEW and menu. The food was exquisite and worth every penny. I am so glad this is within walking distance for us. It is now the spot to be. So long some of our usual hangouts for the best dinner in Long Beach.

                                                              They totally restored the old school charm of this place. The view of the harbor is amazing. The beef Wellington - probably the only place serving it on the menu in the LA/OC metro - tender and delicious. I am so glad I dined here tonight.

                                                              Nice atmosphere for thanksgiving dinner. There was not much to choose from on the menu, however what we did eat was really tasty.

                                                              We started the evening with a couple of great cocktails (old fashioned and espresso martini), entréed with the best darn crab cakes we’ve ever consumed, our plats principals were black cod (for the lady) and duck a l’orange (for the gent), we shared a balanced chocolate mousse tart with salted caramel ice cream, and we finished with a couple of digestifs—a dare I say decadent 30-year port. Oh la la, indeed!

                                                              Taylor and Jessy were great. Food was delicious. Drinks were made well. Views were stunning. We were a party of 7 and were accommodated to sit at the large table.

                                                              The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. We had the beef Wellington, bread rolls and steak tar tar. It was all delicious

                                                              There was no finer choice than spending our anniversary at the Sky Room. The thoughtful blend of old and new was beautifully done. In addition, the hiring choices for new staff couldn't be a finer example of "Superb". Keep up the great work and there's no doubt we'll be back.

                                                              Black Cod fishie . Not sure if it was just that part of the fish . We love all fish deep in the ocean and have had Black Cod at other establishments and are in the same class as See Bass . None of the food that came to us was hot including the sautéed Spinich . We all have never had Wellington so we are not sure if it’s suppose to be served at a more cold tempeture . It was ordered Med Rare . The Crab Cake was delicious it is the size of a silver dollar , grass fed steak Tar Tar also deliouse Out of the Parker rolls so didn’t get a chance to try . them heard they are also delicious. Maybe for the price we had WOW expectations which we didn’t receive will not be returning. Service and view great . Loved the old school ambience of the old Skyroom.

                                                              Wonderful service and delicious food! Our drinks took longer to make for some reason and we ate our appetizers first. The rest of the meal was outstanding and the servers filled our water glasses and checked for requests frequently.

                                                              We had a wonderful experience at The Sky Room. It’s a beautiful space with an amazing view. Impecable service and delicious food and drinks. We had pre dinner cocktails at Alter Ego and Nikki was THE BEST! She was very knowledgable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Her sparkling energy set the tone for our fabulous night.
