Great staff, considering it was 6 Nations Saturday so very busy they coped admirably. Nice atmosphere and ideal for the occasion. We will go back.

It was the worst pub I have been to in Richmond. We had to wait an hour and a half for 3 sandwiches. The waitress was useless although maybe because she was the only one! Not great S and L. Please go anywhere else!

Sadly there is zero service at the Slug and Lettuce and the food was very poor. It took a long time to arrive and we had to ask for glasses and cutlery. All in all it was appalling. As we had to pay in full including service before any of the food arrives - clearly there is no incentive to provide even basic standards. Better to go to a fast food outlet where you are not expecting any service!!! This felt like theft

Food was nice but there wasn't enough staff. It was a Twickenham match day so it was busy but there wasn't enough staff to cope with the numbers which was a shame. They were doing their best but needed more help.

We were so well looked after by Mischa - what a great waitress! The food was lovely. We felt very unhurried and had a lovely afternoon. Thank you so much.

Situated in a good position close to the river. You can eat here without breaking the bank. Quite noisy but friendly atmosphere. Service was a little slow but not entirely surprising bearing in mind England were playing at home to Ireland. The rump steak was excellent and very good value.
