Extremely poor service- restaurant has you order through app, and our drinks and food were forgotten 4 times in the span of an hour. Appetizers came cold. When addressing with the food runner his only response was “sorry” with no solution or explanation. We had to cancel our orders after an hour and a half in order to make our next obligation.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in this place. We went because we read about their Christmas experience and it didn’t live up to the expectations. First they had four Christmas specialty cocktails and were out of two of them. Do you not make more if you run out of something? So you have a special going which is bringing people in and you run out on a Friday and don’t bother making more for the Saturday crowd? Second the bartender we had was very sub par. He made my drink and set it in front of me half full. You’re paying 15-20 dollars for half a martini glass? He must have read my face because he was like let me add some mix to that and poured it straight into my martini glass from the mix squeeze bottle? I’ve never been a bartender but we frequent a lot of bars and have never had that happen. Sitting at the bar watching him I realized he did this with almost every drink, or he would make two drinks of the same and one glass would end up half full the other 3/4 full and he would just add mixer to each? The food was ok, we got the onion soup that was bland, but the pizza was good. The atmosphere was very festive and I loved the Christmas feel. We were really hoping for a great experience since we are season ticket holders to the lightning and always looking for new places to go before the game but unfortunately this will probably not be on the list. We will probably give it another chance since I hate to right of places on the first try but the first impression was not good. Again, disappointed especially since we really like their sister bar bouzy.

We had a 10 am reservation for brunch which is when they open. Doors didn’t open until 10:04 and we weren’t seated until 10:10. Automated online ordering wasn’t working so our order wasn’t taken until 10:20 when we were told it would take 10 minutes to brew the coffee. Five minutes later we were told someone had removed the coffee maker. We left.

Went this weekend for brunch and had a great time! Our server, Casey, was really sweet and kept checking in on us. She also kept the mimosas flowing. $20 for 3 hours, def worth it. The food was delicious. We tried the corn ribs, Brussels and cheesesteak eggrolls. We also had the pimento cheese burger but subbed a grilled chicken breast for the beef. Glad they were able to accommodate! Overall, I recommend this spot and will def come back! Ps - the manager on 11/9 (AM shift) forgot her name but she was also super sweet and came by our table a few times to check-in as well!

Brunch was delicious, the restaurant wasn’t crowded and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

Great food and service. However, the acoustics were challenging. Due to the footprint of the dining space being parallel to the long bar, which faces the TVs, it's hard to escape the cacophony of drinkers absorbed in a good sports match. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain downpour, we had to eat indoors. The food was awesome - especially the cheesesteak eggroll appetizer. Advice: if climate conditions permit, eat outside under an umbrella for the best of both worlds.

Table of 7 had a great experience. Everyone commented that they really enjoyed their meals. Tyler was very attentive. Will definitely be back

Amazing food, superb value, great atmosphere and trendy vibe! Came here for brunch with my daughter after moving her into U Tampa and was incredibly pleased with this place! I had a Bloody Mary (and I’m a bit of a connoisseur!) that was one of the best I’ve ever had! We each ordered a skillet dish and customized to our liking - it was insanely good and my mouth is watering just recalling it! Our server was attentive and friendly and happy - he was the best! I’m a foodie who loves authentic cuisine and healthy fresh dishes … I can’t wait to come back again!
