At Smokehouse, heat’n’meat is at the heart of our passion for Modern BBQ. With “Bubba” our specially imported smoker from the U.S. we can create the tastiest, finger-lickin' smoked meats on this side of the pond. Here’s the rub! Before cooking we massage our meat with our own secret blend of herbs and spices to give it the unique flavour only found at Smokehouse. The Wood. For a great BBQ you’re gonna need wood! We prefer Hickory and Cherry to give it a touch of sweetness.

My wife and I were blown away with the burgers we had, the quality was the best we've had in a long time. Our order came quick and the the service was excellent.

The brisket was slimy The ribs were slimy The starters were over cooked The ‘Coke’ had to have been rolla cola….. it’s a big no from me

Beautiful food and plenty of drinks to choose from. Had tapas as this is mine and my partner favourite. A early birthday meal for him. Lovely friendly staff who are always on hand . Amazing place.

Booked this table for my husbands birthday meal, food was beautiful and full of flavour, but wasn’t very busy in there but music loud, downside to not getting 5 stars all round was that we waited an hour and 5 minutes for our food to arrive and we chased it, lovely food but too long to wait for a meal.

When we arrived there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant & 1 member of staff. It took 15 minutes to get served because there was only 1 person working. A second member of staff started about 30 minutes after we arrived. The staff were lovely. The food was pretty average. I had brisket and it was so dry. I tried to top it with BBQ sauce but it was still too dry so I didn't eat it. I did advise the waiter who took it off the bill (without us even having to ask) He agreed that it looked dry. Ordered the kids burger for my son & it was pink in the middle, so he ate around that. My wife had the halloumi burger and she said it was very nice, but nothing special. The staff definitely helped this, but with the low turnover of diners it will be hard to get BBQ meat right

I want to start this by saying that we have been going here now every few months for almost 10 years. Whether it's a Birthday, Anniversary, Valentine's, or even for big announcements. We announced our first child here, our engagement, and so on. The staff have always been amazing, remember us each time and the food has always been amazing. Any other time this would be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, everything was the other way around last night (and I assume this is a 1 off scenario). Our food took just over an hour to arrive, was not warm (Usually my wife's order comes with a warning from the server that the plate is scolding, and on this occasion, it was lukewarm at best), and was not up to the quality we have come to know from Smokehouse. I hope this was just a matter of it being Valentine's weekend and them being overly busy but it really was a shame. We will of course be back as we have grown very fond of the place and the amazing staff and are chalking this off as a once-off.

The food here is always very good, but the downside always seems to be the service. Food comes out too slow and some of the waiting staff seem very inexperienced. If they can sort out these aspects then I’d have no negatives at at all
