   We had a 9:30 PM reservation for a party of six to celebrate a birthday, with confirmation that the restaurant would be open until 11 PM. Upon arrival, we were abruptly informed that they had decided to close at 10 PM instead. This unexpected change completely disrupted our experience. By the time our entire party arrived around 9:50 PM, we were immediately rushed through every step of our meal. The server pressured us to place drink, appetizer, and entrée orders all at once, leaving little time to enjoy the occasion. Shortly after, they announced the last call, further emphasizing the rushed and uncomfortable atmosphere. If the restaurant plans to close earlier than its listed hours, it should not accept late reservations. It’s unfair to guests, especially for a special occasion, to feel like an afterthought just so the restaurant can squeeze in one last table. The manager’s response was dismissive, simply stating that they informed us upon arrival, yet that does nothing to address the lack of prior notice. Overall, this experience felt rushed, impersonal, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed dining experience.

   Loved my experience! The waiter was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Ordered the branzino and it was amazing.

   Food was sooooo delicious and flavorful. Our server Karen was on it. She knows her menu and was very plesant.

   Snap Thai Fish House serves fresh seafood with authentic Thai flavors in a cozy atmosphere. Highlights include crispy shrimp tempura, lobster fried rice, and a refreshing lychee cosmopolitan. The service was amazing, from the hostess to the waitstaff. A must-visit for a unique Thai experience!

   All staff were very polite, but lacking in true service — there was a 15 minute staff meeting while we were there during which ALL staff was unavailable. The bartender let us know she was stepping away for a couple of minutes which was great to get a heads up, but then no one was anywhere in the restaurant for 15 minutes. The food quality and flavor was in between okay and good, but for the price it was severely lacking. The price does not at all reflect the quality of the food.

    The restaurant was beautiful. We waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes for seating. The unfortunate thing was it took over an hour for us to get our food. When they brought my food out, it was incorrect so I had to send it back and by the time they brought it back out again my partner had already finished his food, so I was just ready to go.
