Our dream began in late 2014, long before we became the "Best Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano". It began inside a 17- foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived food truck cuisine to be we have always believed that mexican food should be MORE! More complex, modern, enjoyable and healthier for our bodies.

We are excited for our future and can't wait to see what GOD has in store for us.

The food was fantastic. The service could be much better. Our server did a good job. The challenge seemed to be the support staff and the kitchen that were struggling. They struggled to refill chips, refill water etc. There were three of us at dinner, two of us were nearly done with our entrées by the time they brought the third person out his entrée. No offer for a discount, comp or even an apology for his food being brought to the table nearly 20 minutes after everyone else's. We ordered the guacamole trio, they brought out the guacamole but there were no chips so we asked for a refill on the chips… It was about 5 to 10 minutes before the chips got refilled. If they could improve a few of these service related issues, I think they would be a Five star/top-tier restaurant.

Great food and Kinley was amazing. Food delivery was a little slow but they were really busy so understood.

Big disappointment! The server was awful, did not check on drinks or asked if I we needed anything. We had to ask the busboy to go get her so we could get our check! We were celebrating a birthday and since she was never around we skipped desert to go somewhere else! We won’t go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Zero stars!

Great food great staff, they definitely take on more then they should we had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 7:45 then the food took a while to come out , but it was also Mother’s Day so they get some slack for that

Slow kitchen. Super slow. As in an hour between ordering and getting out food. No proactive communication. No apology or offer to make it right. And the food was meh at best. The special sopes were cold garbage. The tres leches French toast was dry. Asked at the end if they were for my to comp a my drinks for the long wait and they said no but they could offer a free dessert. No thanks.

The food was good, as usual. The server left a lot to be desired. I understand it was busy, but when one of our party is splitting a plate, and another person ordered Carnitas, 2 tortillas for both of them didn’t cut it. Then, she couldn’t be found to get more, so one person in our party had to go to the manager to ask for them.

The experience was good, the only issue was that they have the restaurant divided into two sides. The side that you walk into has a much different ambiance than the side on the left down the hallway. The lighting is different and the overall atmosphere feels different. The service was great, our waiter was great, expensive for Mexican food, but overall a nice restaurant.
