    Clean and meticulously sourced ingredients. Absolutely cooked with skill and care. Excellent service and staff. Everyone was knowledgeable about the food and I observed our server skillfully answer so many questions about the food , allergy information and so much more. A truly unique gastronomic experience, where it's evident there is passion and excellent leadership amongst the staff. Everyone was alert , professional and anticipated guests needs right away. 10/10 . Will be coming back.

    To say this place is AMAZING doesn't do justice. We've wanted to try Sol for a very long time, but always waited too long and couldn't get a reservation at a time we wanted. For my partner's birthday, I made the reservation about two weeks out. I can't say enough about the food and the service. The owners visit the table during your visit and are genuine in their effort to make their customers feel comfortable and at home. It's pricey and worth it. Can't wait to go back!!

    This is a must try! The food was outstanding with so many different dish options that you will have to go back to try more. The owners are running the restaurant which is so cool to see. We can’t wait to go back.

    The food was incredible. The owners really have such a great vision for this restaurant. Got a bottle of the red chilled wine from Italy that was wonderful. Did the 4 course prixe fix menu with The French Onion soup, salad, 16 oz ribeye and orange dessert. The ribeye was incredible, cooked perfectly!
