   El aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte. Hacia mucho frio. La atencion mala. Tardaron muchisimo en traer tanto la entrada como el plato principal. Trajeron un plato principal primero y frio , y el del Otro comensal , despues. Caro y mala atencion.

   Hi myself and my husband had a very lovely dinner at Sophie's last night food was amazing a bit long waiting for main course but was well worth the wait in the end 😉 waitress Catherine(i hope i remember her name correctly 😬) was super nice and she made our evening very special and enjoyable so thank u so much for that 🩷 as it is very hard to find good service nowadays we will definitely come back soon 🥰

   From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were looked after really well. Lovely attentive staff, beautiful food, and great atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend Sophies, I will certainly be back.

   I had a lovely breakfast here; full Irish, toast & a pot of tea. It was very quiet when I arrived (it was later on in the morning). That 360° view upstairs is something else and very different between the morning and night-time. The food is lovely, the sausages & white pudding in particular and it was a nice change to have crushed potatoes served as well. Honestly I didn't feel hungry again until well after lunchtime.

   Probably the best pizza I've ever eaten (Diavola) & the skin-on fries were gorgeous. Ambience was lovely and I was very grateful for a wee bourbon selection. Near me there were two ladies drinking cocktails & they looked/sounded very impressed with them. The staff are lovely in the hotel, whether at reception or at one of the bars or in the dining room @ Sophie's and they're good at anticipating what you might need. It was a positive experience for me and I liked it so much that I'm returning soon. I didn't manage to eat at Elephant & Castle on this trip, but I will try it the next time.

   Delighted that you enjoyed all the aspects of your stay at the hotel Berenice. Super proud of our team and how they can go above and beyond. Definitely give Elephant and Castle a go when you come back. Their chicken wings are the best ever!!

   Great views of the city but the service was bad. Was never checked on. A couple next to us got sat after us but was served before us and was checked on regularly. They never brought my second drink I ordered. They also did not have ingredients for a dirty gin martini.

   Hi Julia,, sorry to hear Sophie's didn't live up to your expectations. I do hope any issues on the night were raised to staff as we do our best to rectify any issues that arise on the day.

   We were thrown off by the lack of reception at check in, felt very unwelcome, and then had a 20 minute wait to be greeted at the table. “Jess” was so sweet and fantastic to us thereafter, but it was a little too late for us.

   Hi Mike, we typically have a host at the front desk of the restaurant to assist with seating! We are glad you enjoyed your time with Jess nonetheless and sorry to hear that her great service couldn't make up for the delays on the evening.

    Great food but service needs some work. Took 45 minutes to get all drinks. Servers did not know who had what and kept bringing wrong items to our table. When it came to depart we had to find our server to get our check. Seafood linguini was wonderful as well as other items. Just wished service was better.
