   Love it here, but at 5:15 pm all the tables were in the sun and it was hard to enjoy dinner with sun in our faces and it was very warm!! I know the winds were high l, so outside umbrellas were down, but need darker shades so that 2 hours when all the tables are in the sun, you can have coverage! But we will definitely be back!

   We love this place. Had a very early dinner and the place was quiet. Our server was VERY kind but lacked a lot when it came to service and being attentive.

   Food was amazing. Filet and Scampi, Scallops, BBQ burger all fantastic and our entire party left impressed with how good all the food was. Love this place

   Food was exelent We tried the beyond burger and it was the best Also the onion soup and the mai tai both were very good Thomas our waiter was very very good, and he promised he will try the beyond burger!🍔

   I was quite put aback by seeing a child, probably around 3 or 4 years old, behind the bar playing with items in the bar sink. This poses safety and sanitation concerns, as well as an underage person behind the bar. It appeared he was the child of a worker there, who was behind the bar chatting with workers. We then saw in the open kitchen the same woman walking with the child through the kitchen, which poses safety concerns. Our service was good and the food was fair - we could see that most of it was prepared ahead of time and heated up.

   Hi Diane, My name is Kim Moller and I'm the General Manager at Sparks Water Bar. I want to apologize for the perception you were given of our establishment. Although we are a family restaurant, and our kiddos do visit us at work often, they do not belong in the kitchen or behind the bar. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I have spoken with my management team to ensure this does not happen again. As for the food, our Chef and kitchen take great pride in providing our guests with high quality, fresh ingredients that are prepared to order, not cooked and reheated.    Had an amazing experience, servers Blythe and Dylan were attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

   What a fabulous place! Great food, atmosphere and service! The cocktails are fun! Can’t wait to go back and try more food choices. Definitely will dine there again especially when the weather is warmer so we can sit outside by the water!
