Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: After years of fine dining on the Strip, James Beard semifinalist Brian Howard took the party to Chinatown, and opened his own restaurant Sparrow + Wolf in 2017. A globally inspired menu of wood-fired cooking includes dishes like fresh-baked sourdough, hand-rolled pasta, and innovate plates of seafood. With a dramatic black-and-gold space, a monster mural of a wolf, and late night entertainers, it’s just the right amount of Vegas.
