    My absolute favourite restaurant in Sydney, I feel extremely lucky to live so close by. The food is fresh, delicious and the service is the best in the city. Vedran is an amazing host, I can't stop telling people about this dream of a neighbourhood bistro.

    Amazing food and service! We ate absolutely everything on our plates and we cannot wait to go back and try more dishes! Fresh home made bread was a great addition and so delicious!

    The food is unbelievable. The freshness and pairing of each ingredient is a delight. Chef was also server which made the experience special as he was able to explain all dishes and recommend the best for what we wanted.

    Food was excellent, really enjoyed it. Could not recommend highly enough!!! Just go, you will not be disappointed!! Will certainly become a regular.

    St Blaise was well worth getting me out of my bubble from the other side of Sydney. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and the ambience had my husband and I pretending we were on a date (no arguments, we were too busy saying how good the meal was)

    This place is really something special and unlike anything else you will find in the area. Vedran cooks with the freshest ingredients and tonight we had most dishes on the menu which are all amazing. He is a fantastic host and one of a kind. We love everything about this little gem.
