   We should have been advised ahead of time that the restaurant was under renovation and was moved to the Weirs. I am going to blame my terrible food experience solely on the fact that it must be because the kitchen moved. I have eaten at St. Germain's before and it is one of the top steaks on my list - absolute melt in your mouth; however, my experience on Saturday was less than satisfactory. We ordered medium rare and medium steaks, and they ended up coming out well done and medium well. The portion was also much smaller than last time, even though I always order the 6 ounce. My potatoes were partially warm and partially cold. All in all, I'm nervous to go back. Maybe when I am sure they are back in their own space, but again, notice would have been appreciated. Or was it that the last time I was there was the one off? Hard to say, but what scares me most is lack of consistency.

   Food was very good and great service. My steak could have been more done. It seems they used to a bigger selection of wines by the glass. Very expensive per glass for Pinot Grigio.

   We always love going to St. Germaine's. Sometimes we just make the trip to the casino so we can have a good meal. My last experience was my very first poor experience.
