   Service was excellent, very friendly staff, our server was very helpful with great suggestions on everything from drinks to entree’s . We had the Oyster Rockefeller Dip for an appetizer and it was so good. We had filet’s for our entree and they were cooked perfectly and the flavor was excellent. The side dishes are really large, enough for 2-3 people. It isn’t cheap but you do get what you pay for, excellent all around, we will return.

   We are repeat customers  and there is a reason. It is always an amazing experience. The food is phenomenal. The service is top notch. It is the perfect spot for celebrations, date night or any other occasion.

   I am always amazed at how wonderful the entire experience of dining at Staigle’s is. The chicken picatta and fresh fish are amazing. When I caught myself bragging to my friends about how delicious their house made ketchup is or the importance of having to try the fruit cup for the pink pineapple, I realized that the tiniest of details do really matter. Zoe made sure that each of our meals and drinks were crafted to our individual liking. Definitely worth the price for fine dining.

   The staff was friendly. The food was good; not amazing….especially for the price. The sides were big. It would have been nice to know they would serve two people before we ordered two sides. The dessert was ok. We ordered lava cake. There was no liquid core center. It was dry without the cream and there was only a tiny bit of that on the plate. $300 for 2 people; I expected a bit more wow factor.

   Food excellent as well as the service. Will make a reservation as early as possible, as restaurant becomes noisy. Prices are too high for Wiggins, MS. A Sunday brunch is usually a pay one price .

   I was finishing up a work day in Wiggins with a stop right down the street from Staigle’s, and when I was walking back to my car, I saw their Happy Hour sign, so I decided to stop in. Wow, what a beautiful place, the white table cloths and napkins, the incredible, inviting decor! What a sight to behold! I felt a little underdressed, but I was assured that as long as I was comfortable, I was welcome, so I took a seat at the bar. The happy hour margarita was wonderful, and their duck gumbo, perfectly seasoned and served as a very nice portion! The service was impeccable, the bartenders knowledgeable, very detail-oriented in the crafting of their drinks, and the gentleman who brought our food, a wonderful young man indeed! I also ended up meeting a wonderful couple who sat right next to me! Truly an outstanding experience, capping off a truly wonderful day in Wiggins!

    Best wedge salad ever! Sydney is an awesome, knowledgeable and friendly server. Well trained staff. Food perfect.
