Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

    We loved coming to Star Noodle. We started going there when they were in the business location. When they moved the first time it was amazing and we would go several times and even every night of our vacation while we were on the Island. In 2022 we got married and on our way out I dropped off our wedding cake to the bartender who was always great. Then last year after going twice we changed numerous reservations that we had there to go to another restaurant. This was because our server was rude, non attentive and dismissive along with our tempura shrimp being undercooked and cold and a lot of other reasons. This was October 2024. On this trip we only made 1 reservation to give it another try. We had a much better server overall, the food was delicious but I feel like your server takes your order and never comes back to check on you or to see how your food is or if you need a refill on your drinks. I can say it used to be our go to restaurant but now it’s just a one time deal. I hope they understand that maybe they need to go back to how they were doing things and not run people through like cattle. Caring about your dining experience is key to success.

    Star Noodle is one of our favorites & it was our first time in its new location. It’s a real winner & we had our best meal there yet. Great service as always!

    We look forward to this dinner every time ! We like garlic noddles and tempura shrimp they are a must!!

    The Thai crepe was yummy, as was the green tea tiramisu. We ordered the garlic noodles, which we thought were blah and the pork dim sum, which was so so. We saw a lot of people ordering the prawns, which looked great! I'd definitely come back but order differently

    Robin was hostess and did a beautiful job managing a busy but beautiful environment. Terrific sunset views from anywhere in the restaurant enhance the experience.

    We had excellent service and enjoyed a variety of their menu items. All of it was delicious!

    The Vietnamese crepe was so delicious! The egg was crispy, the vegetables were so fresh, and the meat/seafood was cooked perfectly. The Nuac Cham chicken was delightful. The perfect amount of crunchy skin and seasoning. Don’t forget to dip your wing in the sauce at the bottom of the bowl.
