Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

    Every time we’ve been here we’ve had 5 star service and excellent food. Lots of gluten free options also, even for celiacs. It’s the one restaurant we come back to first every time we’re in Maui!

    Star Noodle is one of our favorite haunts when we’re on Maui. The food is excellent, as is the service. You can’t beat the ocean views! We are in Maui for two weeks and have several reservations here during our time on the island.

    We celebrated the reopening of Star Noodle - one of our favorite dining experience while visiting the Ka’anapali area of Maui! We had the Eggplant (beautifully presented and wonderfully prepared with a soy glaze), Miso Butterfish (mouthwatering), Ahi Belly (amazing tuna prepared with lemon press olive oil seasoning), Tempura Shrimp (deep fried treat- decadent) and stir fried garlic noodles - soft and crunchy at the same time - a house staple! Our server, Andy, was engaging and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and drink list. We highly recommend dining at Star Noodle!

    High expectations and low delivery. Do takeaway (is that an option?) because the experience isn't worth the wait. We had a reservation, and still waited 40 minutes for our table while other walk-ins were seated. Waited another 20 minutes to order... Server was absent the whole of the meal, and it wasn't worth the pain for decent food at exorbitant prices. Wagyu steak for $55 and it was 4 bites with no sides. Just the steak and 2 of the bites were too fatty (not melt in the mouth, just fatty). Server was happy to bring the device with the bill and had it already set on the "pay" screen with the tip preselected. How convenient. We love a high end meal with a casual, unique atmosphere. This didn't pass. Book at Mama's Fish House. Never disappoints.

    Beautiful restaurant and very nice atmosphere. Food was excellent and so was the service. It’s a restaurant I will continue to return to and is one of my favorites.

    Not a bad seat in this place but we got the perfect view of the sunset. The food was all amazing and our server, Charity, was great. One of our favorite meals on Maui so far

    We love Star Noodle. Tried two new dishes tonight--pahole salad and pad thai. Both were great, as was Vietnamese Crepe
