   Art of coffee mixology class, done by Christian. Passionate gentleman who knew everything there is to know about coffee. Made the tour and experience fun and interactive while also informative. Definitely would recommend!

   We had a great experience at the Milano Roastery The tour through the roastery was really interesting, but it was a bit loud and as there were a lot of people in the building it was sometimes a bit loud and hard to understand. The coffee tasting experience was amazing, we were able to try 3 different coffees with different brewing techniques and the personal was really kind and answered all our questions. Great date idea if you love coffe

   Really enjoyed the experience to learn about the history of the building & artwork, learning about coffee and Starbucks history. Our tour guide Monica was amazing.

   Our experience was amazing. We did the Milan Roastery Revealed tour which ended up great value. Before we started we walked around and enjoyed looking at all the products and different bars on show. The tour itself was incredible, Monica and Paulo lead a tour with my girlfriend and I, and were extremely enthusiastic on explaining all the history from the building to Starbucks itself. As people who didn’t know too much about coffee, they were extremely helpful at explaining everything at a good level for us to understand. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects and seemed as though they loved doing it. It flowed very well and smooth and were more than happy to have conversations about things and answer any questions. There english was brilliant too. The coffee making at the end was also brilliant, they talked us through different flavours and how there achieved and what gives them their flavours. They showed us the brewing methods and what works best with what and helped us understand what we were drinking. The experience is something I’d highly recommend, and would also recommend the alternative options also as they seemed great. Many thanks to Monica and Paulo as they definitely enhanced the experience with their love and passion making it feel more than just a coffee chain.

    E' stata una bella esperienza. Ho prenotato questa visita come regalo di natale ed è stato molto apprezzato. Ammetto che non mi ha fatto impazzire una cosa: abbiamo fatto la visita con una coppia di stranieri e onestamente sarebbe stato più apprezzato fare la visita separatamente piuttosto che ascoltare sia la versione in italiano che quella in inglese.
