    Our server took our drink order but our drinks didn’t arrive until after our appetizer was delivered. App was ordered AFTER drinks were ordered. Server Gave several recommendations, but then when we ordered one of those suggestions he told us they had ran out. Picked a second option and they were out of that as well. Why not just let us know before? Not our best experience, but a decent place nonetheless

    We made reservations for Queens Feast... had to wait 15 minutes for table that should have been reserved... no biggie. Upon being seated we were advised Queens Feast items not available so we had to order from the regular menu... alrighty. Ordered lettuce wraps and alligator po boys... spoon to scoop the wraps had hard caked on food already on it and they didn't have the correct bread for the po boy... needless to stay we left in a state of confusion so I guess it lived up to its name

    I can’t wait to go back! From start to finish they never missed a beat!! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Charlotte! The staff, ambiance and every item we ate was amazing 10/10!

    First let me say our server did his best and the manager did apologize for our experience and took money off the bill which was appreciated. They had a cook no show apparently and the pastry chef for the beignets was in training. Many dishes had great flavor but unfortunately my husband's dish chicken and bacon skewers came out with uncooked chicken twice. We had a steak that was delivered was not cooked in the entire middle of the steak. My ceviche was good and our other diners had decent meals. Not sure I can convince folks in our group to return.

    I ordered the Fried chicken and funnel cake. It was tasty but the chicken was a tad bit salty.

    Amazing ceviche, guacamole, and cool urban chic vibe. Our server was warm and attentive. We will definitely come again!

    I wanted to experience eating in one of their igloos, so that was fun. They warned me that the igloo may be a but warm, and with it being an unusually warm December evening, it was a bit toasty. But we had good service, and the food and drinks were good as well. My only gripe is that they did not tell me they were adding gratuity due to the size of my party. Because we weren't told this, some people accidentally left an additional tip on top of the already included gratuity. I called to make my reservation, so they should've told me then that gratuity would be included.

    We had the Mexican ceviche, trout meuniere, crispy chicken, and chicken a la plancha at our table and all were excellent. Lucuma ice cream was great too. The service was prompt and very friendly.
