   This is a really pretty place and it’s super easy to get to from the metro. The food was pretty good, the service was awkward and the server seemed like he didn’t want to be at work and was just going through the motions. We got the duck fat fries and they were pretty underwhelming. I’ve had some amazing ones before but these were just ok. It was a decent place but probably not somewhere I would go again.

   My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the poor service. From the moment my party and I walked in, the hostess was rude. She was sitting on something on the ground near the hostess stand, making her difficult to see. When I informed her of our 4:00 PM reservation, she didn’t bother to stand up and stated that she couldn’t seat us until our exact reservation time. It was 3:57 PM. Our waiter was friendly enough, and the food was decent. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. However, when it came time for the check, we had an issue. There was a time our waiter was absent. The hostess walked by so we got her attention and asked if she could get out watier. She turned around and started shouting his name opposed to walking over. Where we first sat down we saw a dessert pass by, we initially considered ordering it but ultimately decided we were too full. When our waiter asked if we still wanted it, we declined—but he then told us he had already placed the order and that we had to take it. He was persistent about this for several minutes. After speaking with the manager, he returned and told us not to worry about it and that he took care of it. To top it off, gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Overall, I was not pleased with the service and wouldn’t return.

   Awesome food, drinks, and vibe. The brunch karaoke was the icing on the cake.

   We came to celebrate a birthday. Upon entering, we were unable to see the hostess because she was sitting down. She asked us if we wanted inside or out she said us at a table. The waiter moved us because he noticed that the tables were small after we got situated. The hostess came back with a very loud tone and very aggressive behavior, informing us that we had to move back to the original table. Otherwise, our food was delicious. The menu was a little confusing for some. The ambience was beautiful. We will come back. The main reason I picked this location for the birthday girl was because your website stated that they would have live music and karaoke which we did not have

   I went here for brunch with my friends and the food was delicious how to order more cause it was too good. Drinks were delicious and we had the bottomless mimosa plus some more. The service was top tier not an empty cup or dissatisfied face in sight. Plus the vibes were so chill and nice. Definitely coming back.

    My husband and I eat here all the time before going to see a play at Arena Stage. They have a lovely special menu. As a subscribers we appreciate this. The staff is great. One server always recognizes us and coves over to say hello even if he isn’t serving us. Love the food. Fresh and well seasoned. However lately the seating situation has been less than satisfactory. I always make a reservation and have not had good seats because there are way too many larger parties taking up the seating areas. This also has increased the noise level. On a recent visit the hostess wanted us to sit at a table hastily placed right near the front door with so much traffic it would have been very uncomfortable. We may have to find a new favorite play restaurant. Sad face!
