At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. Such a great experience, nothing like it here in Charlotte and we have been to every steakhouse in 15+ years here. Jeremy our server made the experience really enjoyable. Every was perfect from getting greeted at the door thru dessert. Bread service was amazing, salads, our steaks were perfect filet and 18oz bone in filet, and chocolate bomb. Great selection of wines and whiskeys. Our new go to steakhouse. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed it. Food was cooked to perfection! Bread came out hot and delicious 😋. Cocktails and wine were plentiful...so many options (although a bit pricey). The service and attention to detail is 5⭐'s. We will definitely go back!

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner. We have celebrated our anniversary here for the past two years and other celebrations and we always enjoy the food and the feedback staff always gives about any questions we have on the food. We really love the bar seating but wish the tables were just a tad bit bigger even though we were a party of 2 we love to eat! and felt a little cramped during our main course. Our server last night was Kayla! and she did an amazing job.
