Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Lleve mi niña a una cena de cumpleaños y el servicio estuvo pésimo nos sentamos y nadie iba a nuestra mesa duramos más de 20 minutos y nadie se acercaba , luego ordenamos un lobster tails con steak y lo ordenamos médium well y me lo llevaron rare pura sangre. Después duramos muchísimo rato con todos los platos en la mesa hasta con los de aperitivo. Después ordené otra Margarita y no pude tomármela porque fue casi 40 minutos para que me la llevaran a la mesa 🥹🥹🥹🥹

I've been to a couple of locations before. This one is nice. It's connected to a casino! When I arrived the host Kohl promptly sat us, we didn't even need a reservation! Our server Robert was PHENOMENAL! He took such great care of us and was very attentive. Definitely ask for him. He made sure we had everything we needed.

Our waiter was also the bartender- we were a party of 6. She was nice but did not come to check on the table often due to her also being the bartender. The food was okay. Everything came out as ordered but it wasn’t anything special. It was a Tuesday and rather empty which I expected but they did not play any music except when they were going to sing happy birthday. It could have been more upbeat by playing music & having more staff on floor or a bartender on schedule.

1st time to have breakfast here!! Wasn't even aware of them serving breakfast!! It was amazing & the cost was very budget friendly!!

We went to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. It was his first time there. He had a ball!!! Our waiter, Robert was exceptional!! He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed to make this a fun experience.

The ambiance was 10/10 , the presentation for the food was great but the food didn’t taste that well and I feel like they was overpriced. I don’t know if it was this location or it was just a bad afternoon but I honestly didnt enjoy the food
