   Lleve mi niña a una cena de cumpleaños y el servicio estuvo pésimo nos sentamos y nadie iba a nuestra mesa duramos más de 20 minutos y nadie se acercaba , luego ordenamos un lobster tails con steak y lo ordenamos médium well y me lo llevaron rare pura sangre. Después duramos muchísimo rato con todos los platos en la mesa hasta con los de aperitivo. Después ordené otra Margarita y no pude tomármela porque fue casi 40 minutos para que me la llevaran a la mesa 🥹🥹🥹🥹

   Great service and this space is nice and open, not as cluttered like other locations in Manhattan. Food was good and our server Abraham was so courteous and attentive. Will definitely go back for their brunch service next time!

   I love this Sugar Factory because it’s so out of the way. I took my daughter on a Friday evening before it got crowded. The food was great and the drinks were too. The service was outstanding. I’m definitely going back.

   My first time and it was amazing. My wait staff was amazing and on point with service. Highly recommended and will be attending again.

   I was very disappointed in the food. It seemed more mass prepared than I expected. The whipped cream on all of the fancy desserts, with not even with the whipped cream, but it appear to be synthetic Cool Whip.

   Seating was very tight. Our server was VERY good, attentive and patient. I would go back again

   So it was in fact, my birthday and the server had an extreme attitude for absolutely no reason on my birthday.

    My Experience was bad I had a party of ten kids that came on a party bus we Had reservations for 7 o'clock And we did not get seated until 7:35 and there food did not come to 8:40 so the kids had to rush to eat because they had to be back on the bus at 9:20 .And the server Viviana for table 101 was the worst .We had another table of ten right across from them and that server he did and Amazing job because he was taking care of both tables
