    Llegamos a tiempo a la cita, el servicio en el front desk fue excelente, una vez sentados en la mesa la atención del mesero. Fue excelente nos recomendó lo mejor del menú y créanme que fue una excelente recomendación, la comida y la entrada y que decir del vino chatana fue sobresaliente, de verdad que ha sido una experiencia increíble mi esposa y yo los recomendamos a ojos cerrados

    Si bien la atención fue buena, hubo detalles que se pueden mejorar, sobre todo en un restaurant de este estilo, con precios elevados. Por ejemplo que trajeran las dos entradas antes que el vino. Asi mismo el apuro al traer la cuenta ya que si bien habiamos comido el postre, ibamos a pedir una copa mas de vino. La comida excelente!

    Great food no doubt about it, it was pretty busy which was expected service was good, spinach and potatoes came to the table cold but was immediately fixed.

    Served our meal 2 hours after being seated but received the wrong entrees. Our server had no idea what we had ordered. Ordered dessert and coffee only for our server to spill the coffee and creamer on me. True story. Not the celebratory dinner we wanted…dry cleaning bill will be covered. They covered our dinner, of course.

    Horrible experience!! Went to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary (made reservations weeks ahead). We were seated in a very back table right beside the kitchen! It was so loud with cooks in kitchen giving orders, waitresses chatting & busboys standing right beside our table. To make matters worse a new server was being trained at the table behind us which only lead to more noise. I could barely hear my husband talking. So much for a romantic evening. We both ordered ribeyes with mashed potatoes. The potatoes arrived cold. My husband’s steak was almost all fat. When he brought it to our waitress’s attention she offered to get him another steak. He agreed since he had only been able to eat a small portion of the his fatty steak. When the new steak arrived I was almost finished. The waitress was the one bright spot of the experience. She was very sweet & helped me pick selections that were safe for my gluten & shellfish allergy. In fact, the only positive points of the evening were the polite & friendly valet & our waitress. The rest of the experience was terrible. I can’t imagine why we were seated beside the kitchen when reservations were made weeks in advance. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty except for a few tables. This was most definitely not the anniversary dinner I expected. Save your money & go somewhere else!

    Adam was an awesome server, food was efficient, but definitely as a steakhouse you gotta nail the temps, they were questionable at best on steak temps. Busy, but still efficient service.

    Lilly was a great server. Food came out at a good pace. Price of food was exactly what is expected for quality of the restaurant. We were seated in the center of the dining room at a table for two didn’t feel crowded at all especially for valentines day.

    We were seated in back room it was quaint. Oysters were tasty, steak perfectly cooked and lobster c au gratin potatoes were fantastic.
