Enjoy Sunda signatures like our Ube Waffles, Tempura French Toast, Pork Belly Adobo, and Chicken Inasal, adding an extra layer of flavor to your Easter brunch. For something heartier, dive into our Carving Station featuring tender Prime Rib Korean Style with au jus and kimchi or Cebu Lechon Belly with foie gras gravy. Seafood lovers won’t want to miss the fresh assorted signature maki and nigiri, along with oysters, shrimp, and smoked salmon. Dessert is nothing short of indulgent with an Ube White Chocolate Fountain, mini cheesecakes, ginger carrot cake, our crowd-favorite fried scallion buns with condensed milk, and more.
