Located in Midtown Tampa’s entertainment district, Sunda offers a vibrant Southeast Asian dining experience, blending the flavors of Japan, China, the Philippines, Thailand, and beyond. We elevate culturally significant dishes using high-quality ingredients and modern techniques. Our beverage program includes signature handcrafted cocktails, a robust sake and wine selection, and Asian whiskies and beers. Join us for weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Our venue hosts private events for occasions from corporate outings to rehearsal dinners, and we also offer catering services.

Enjoy the Tour of Sunda Prix-Fixe Menu for your large group booking! Each course will be served family-style (sharing) so everyone get to enjoy all of Sunda Signature dishes. $98/person (tax & service charge has been included). Course 1 Edamame, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Tiger Shrimp Tempura Course 2 Spicy "Tail of Two Tunas", Panda, Island Maki Course 3 New York Strip Steak, Szechuan Chicken, Miso Cauliflower, Jasmine Rice Course 4 Mochi Ice Cream *Beverages will be added to final bill at the end of the dinner along with ala carte added items, additional added guests plus 20% service charge & tax. This booking reserved counter height communal tables for 2 hours for your party. Overtime based on availability +$40/person per hour.

Grace has been my server 2xs in one week. She’s friendly and very efficient. She always comes to check on her tables to make sure that we have everything we need.

The food here was amazingly good. We purchased several dishes and shared amongst the table. Everyone complimented every single dish. It was all delicious.

Beautiful location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Food was okay. High prices for a lot of minced meat sushi.

The food was overpriced and nothing special. The chicken was dry on the bao buns. The snowcrab handroll had little taste and lacked presentation. The taste of the lumpia was uninteresting. And finally the crispy wagyu & sticky rice included 4 pieces (1"x 1/2") for $26. Our server, Adam, was very good. Regardless, I won't be going back.

Our server was excellent. She was very attentive and responded to our every need. Disappointments came with the very loud environment and one food dish. We were sitting against a 1/2 partition wall and the wait staff constantly were banging a cabinet door against our backs. Very disappointed with the quality of the crab noodle dish. Crab pieces were smaller than a dime and few and far between. Spoke to our waitress and they addressed the issue. Overall we would go again but will not sit against a half wall or order the crab noodle dish.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food! Love the Asian fusion! Parking can be tricky if busy but worth the struggle!

Our table shared three dishes - the ube waffles (my favorite), the avocado sticky rice (my mom’s favorite) and the pasta with lump crab meat. Everything was absolutely delicious. Jermaine was our server and he couldn’t have been better - he was joyful and attentive. We joked about my one complaint - they were playing country music which IMO completely ruined the vibe of the place. It does not fit in with the food or the ambience. Regardless I cannot wait to go back, but for dinner instead of brunch as I hear the music is much better then. 😉
