Chef Ford Fry and Chef Kevin Maxey, together designed a “Mex-Tex” menu that plays to their own Texan roots, tracing the beginnings of the cuisine to the 1930s, when Mexican cooks first doctored up their dishes to suit a “Gringo” palate with Americanized elements, giving birth to the Tex-Mex dialogue. “Kevin and I wanted to do food we like to eat,” Fry said. “It’s natural for a chef to want to be true to a certain culture, and likewise, we wanted to do authentic Tex-Mex, because it developed where we’re from.

Me encanto el lugar y la comida , lo único fue que fui el día de la madre y pienso que por lo ocupado del día esperamos dos horas por nuestra comida.

The ambience was very nice with great warm, lighting. Service was great food was cooked perfectly. Only issue was the music was very loud made it hard to talk with somebody across the table.

Great service Food is definitely on the more expensive side need options like ala cart tacos can’t eat three!

We ordered the ultimate fajitas for two including delicious shrimp wrapped in crispy bacon. It is our favorite meal to order. It is phenomenal! Service was wonderful, as well - thank you to all.

The manager & our server went above and beyond for us tonight! We eloped this past weekend and wanted to try somewhere new for our little wedding celebration and they truly made us feel so special and congratulated us so much it was an amazing way to celebrate and we were so thankful! Devin & Carly were the managers and were amazing! Thank you so much! The food was also amazing - my husband said it was his new favorite Mexican spot! OH! And to top it off, Carly went to the fresh market and got us a cake just to give to us out of kindness it was all over the top amazing! We will definitely be back :)

We all really like Superica, from the atmosphere to the food! We enjoy that the tables aren’t too close and that the music isn’t too loud so that you can hear each other across the table. Our server was nice and attentive and even brought the birthday girl a festive dessert. And the food was excellent, from the chips and salsa to the entrees and the margaritas.

Reservation was on-time for a busy Saturday night. Food was excellent. Even the chicken fajita had great flavor And the Tammy Margarita - 0 proof was sooo good!!
