– “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin.

The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.

    Join us as our invited guests as we prepare to re-open with our newly revamped menu experience! A part of our team’s training regimen includes real service to guests in a controlled environment. We wish to offer you the opportunity to be our guests in this exercise! This is an opportunity to join us for a full dining experience (complimentary of course!) while we flex our muscles, get all the pieces moving together, and work out kinks.     One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Orlando. Very cool atmosphere and decor. The service is helpful and attentive and the food is a very creative spin off from your traditional Mexican fare.

    I food is absolutely amazing here! The steak fajitas with the butter sauce is my absolute favorite! Love love love this place!

    2nd visit since the 1st was so good. They were out of tamales again, would love to try them. I guess there is a3rd visit in the future

    It’s nice. Made a reservation on relatively short notice on a Saturday just because. Service was great. We were seated immediately and the drinks/food came so fast. One meal - shrimp tacos - was amazing. The other - taco picadillo dinner - was awful. The chips and salsa were great. It’s kind of loud, but again it was Saturday night. It’s cute.

    We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The GM took the time to personally greet us, learn our names, and even share the fascinating backstory of the restaurant. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. His personable and warm demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening. And the food—wow! Every dish was exceptional. We left full and satisfied, already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!
